Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and proof of purchase to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Levoit device in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, power cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
